Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase if:
- No visible signs of damage are present.
- All original packaging is intact.
- Items show no signs of wear that would compromise the Drinks Halo guarantee.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days. Certain goods are exempt, including intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) may be required to complete your return.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at hello@drinkshalo.store with your order number and details.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Late Or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take 2β3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you havenβt received your refund after this time, contact us at hello@drinkshalo.store so we can investigate further.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@drinkshalo.store with your order number and photos of the damage. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for claim.
