Order Processing
Orders typically require 2β7 business days to be processed and shipped. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may take up to 10 days.
Once an order has entered the shipping stage, we are unable to make changes (including address modifications). Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing) are as follows:
- Europe: 7β14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10β21 business days
- Rest of World: 15β30 business days
Note: These are estimates and do not include processing times. Customs clearance, holidays, weather, or other external factors may cause delays.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and any charges incurred.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Drinks Halo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, we cannot retrieve it or issue a refund. Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
